I, Fiona Barden of GoodLove Interiors, have complete confidence in the quality of my service and will always give my all to ensure that you feel happy and satisfied with my level of output at the end of our time working together, however, should you not feel satisfied, I offer a 30 day full money-back guarantee.
Please note that this 30 day full money-back guarantee does not extend to subjective differences of opinion (eg. I suggest a particular item and you don’t like the item or style I have suggested) but exists for the, hopefully EXTREMELY RARE, case where you may not be satisfied with the level of my service and feel it does not match the advertised deliverables of the service.
I would of course appreciate the opportunity to first right these perceived wrongs after we have a chance to discuss your dissatisfaction and I’m able to understand where things may have derailed for you.
The time period of 30 days begins at the conclusion of our work together (completion of my service, as purchased) and you will need to contact me via email reply to our existing thread of emails, within this time period so I can gather more information from you prior to processing the refund.
If I feel that the service has in fact been satisfactorily completed as per the advertised deliverables and cannot understand the reason for your dissatisfaction or feel it is unjust, I reserve the right to reject your request for a refund.
